Size Guide

TUFF 10mm Double Prong Weightlifting Belts are made from manufactured leather and provide you with superior support when training in the gym. The leather is more flexible than standard leather belts which make it easy to get on and off.  They mould to the contours of your lower back while providing excellent support to the lumbar spine when training.  Our TUFF 10mm Belts are not only functional but are designed to be supportive, comfortable and stylish!

Measuring Up For Your New Belt:

Use a soft measuring tape, measure around your waist approximately 4 inches above where your pant would sit. Please do not suck your stomach in and keep everything relaxed when measuring.

Small 24 - 29 inches

Medium 28 - 33 inches

Large 32 - 37 inches

X-Large 36 - 42 inches

XX-Large 41 - 46 inches

And couldn't be more satisfied with it. Good quality material , fits me awesome and most importantly protects me.

So far these products that I purchased the weight belt and elbow sleeves are the best great quality not cheap material Tuff Wraps are the top of the line for working out

Power Knee Sleeves Size Chart:

How to Size:  Measure circumference of the knee (mid-patella) in a locked position (muscles must be relaxed).  If your calves are bigger than your knee measurement, we recommend using the circumference of your calf.

We recommend going down at least one size from your measurement.

TUFF Cuff Information:

For general elbow pain or support we recommend that you measure the circumference of your elbow joint. We recommend going down one size for general elbow support.  So if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” Cuff.

For tendonitis pain in the forearm or elbow we recommend that you measure the circumference of your forearm roughly 1" below your elbow joint.  We recommend going down two sizes for tight compression.   For example, if you measure 10" then purchase the 8" Cuff.
