These TUFF Figure 8 Lifting Straps are a MUST for when you are lifting heavy.  Designed to double-loop around your wrists, these straps help lock you into the bar or dumbbells you're lifting.  Built with a heavy cotton canvas strap which makes these both strong and comfortable.   Designed to fit any wrist and ideal for strongman and power lifting and for maximising PB's.

Figure 8 straps

These are great, I’ve been wrestling with regular lifting straps for forever and once I shifted to working out in my own garage gym all of my bar attachment for lats are rubberized and it was a headache to get the straps tight. I got the figure 8 straps bc it seemed like they’d work easier Nd man are they! I loop both hands in then slip the middle onto the attachments and get right to work. These are great for barbell work of course but the attachments for cables are where they shine for me.

Awesome straps to use

Bought them about 2 months ago and have lived using them since. Easy to use. They allow a person to hold the bar while pulling which I prefer. Recommend them to anyone who uses straps.

How to Size:  Measure circumference of the knee (mid-patella) in a locked position (muscles must be relaxed).  If your calves are bigger than your knee measurement, we recommend using the circumference of your calf.

We recommend going down at least one size from your measurement.

TUFF Cuff Information:

For general elbow pain or support we recommend that you measure the circumference of your elbow joint. We recommend going down one size for general elbow support.  So if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” Cuff.

For tendonitis pain in the forearm or elbow we recommend that you measure the circumference of your forearm roughly 1" below your elbow joint.  We recommend going down two sizes for tight compression.   For example, if you measure 10" then purchase the 8" Cuff.
