The STIFF Compression CUFF delivers a huge amount of support for various exercises that require a bending movement in your elbow. Bench press, over head press, arm curls etc.
These 4" wide CUFF's also act with compression to help alleviate issues such as tendinitis which is very often associated with people training heavy and often. Where you locate the CUFF on your arm can be very specific to help support and or alleviate different areas of pain.
Please take time to measure the area of your arm you are planning to wear this item and size it appropriately from our chart.
These STIFF CUFF's are much more extreme than our standard CUFF so we recommend only dropping down 1 CUFF size to provide ample support and compression.

Use a soft measuring tape, measure around your waist approximately 4 inches above where your pant would sit. Please do not suck your stomach in and keep everything relaxed when measuring.
