Size Guide

Designed with strongman disciplines and power lifting in mind, this is a structured redesign of our best selling Villain wrist wrap.

Keeping our unique belt loop tightening system, extended from 16" to 24" and using a much more rigid material these wraps give un rivalled support.  Not suitable for wearing continuously between sets like the 16" wrist wrap, these are fitted for each lift with absolute purpose.

These are VERY STIFF and are considered a cast like wrist wrap aimed directly at powerlifting and strongman competition disciplines! 

  • Redesigned loop.
  • Overall length is 24 inches including velcro.
  • 20 inches fabric + 4 inches Velcro = 24 inches.
  • Width of the wrap is 3 inches.
  • Velcro has a width of 2 inches to secure your wraps.
  • Double velcro for multiple attachment sites.

Incredible

I’ve never considered using wrist wraps ever in my life. But after using these for the very first time, I noticed an unbelievably huge difference in the amount of weight I was able to pull and push without straining my wrists.

Great purchase!

I normally will not spend too much on gym wraps and like many folks; I had my share of brands to try. After purchasing my first Villain “STIFF” Tuff wraps I do not think I will be buying any other brands. The quality of the material is great; you can see it as soon as you tear the wrapping off. It took me a whole week to get used the stiffness of them but after became comfortable; you forget you even have them on. Overall a great product with a cool looking style!

How to Size:  Measure circumference of the knee (mid-patella) in a locked position (muscles must be relaxed).  If your calves are bigger than your knee measurement, we recommend using the circumference of your calf.

We recommend going down at least one size from your measurement.

TUFF Cuff Information:

For general elbow pain or support we recommend that you measure the circumference of your elbow joint. We recommend going down one size for general elbow support.  So if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” Cuff.

For tendonitis pain in the forearm or elbow we recommend that you measure the circumference of your forearm roughly 1" below your elbow joint.  We recommend going down two sizes for tight compression.   For example, if you measure 10" then purchase the 8" Cuff.
