VILLAIN WRIST WRAPS

Our Villain wrist wraps do not use a thumb loop like conventional power lifting wraps, instead they use an innovative belt loop tightening systems to secure them safely on your wrists during intense training sessions.  The steps and video below will explain fitting a left hand wrist wrap (they are labelled), please mirror this fitting for your right hand wrist.

  • Lay your Villain wrist wrap flat.
  • Take the end of the wrist wrap with the Villain logo and pass it through the belt loop.
  • With your palm facing up, place your wrist through the wrist wrap.
  • Pull the wrist wrap tight like you would a normal belt.
  • Pass the Villain end of the wrist wrap around your wrist towards your thumb.
  • Once tight and secure, attach the Villain end of the wrap to the velcro.
  • You're now ready to go and train safe with your new TuffWraps Villain wrist wraps!!

TUFFWRAPS WRIST WRAPS

With the thumb loop design your new TuffWraps wrist wraps couldn't be simpler or quicker to fit.  These steps will explain fitting a left hand wrist wrap, please mirror this fitting for your right hand wrist.

  • Lay your wrist wraps flat with the TuffWraps logo facing up.
  • With your left hand palm facing up, place your thumb through the thumb loop.
  • With your right hand, start to pass the wrist wrap around your wrist going in a direction away form your thumb.
  • Once the wrist wrap is all the way around your wrist, take the lace to the right of the TuffWraps logo and tie it off on itself.
  • Now simply twist the wrap on your wrist to make it tighter and then twist the other direction to make it looser.
  • Now mirror this process for your right hand wrist and you're ready to go and break some PB's!!
