The ultimate measure of a wrist wraps worth is the ability of the material to bind on itself and create a strong support for the wrist.
Our wrist wraps are not just the 100% cotton wrist wraps you typically see in the shops and online today, we found these too be flimsy and unsupportive when training. We use a specific blend of material designed to give your wrists all the support needed to achieve the lifts you're looking for and survive the training routines you will put them through!.
TuffWraps wrist wraps are made of a cloth like material and are used mainly for Crossfit, Olympic weightlifting and pole dancing where a thinner wrap is required to maintain a good amount of movement in the wrist. These wraps come in three main weights / thickness, Light, Medium and Heavy and wrist wrap choice can be influenced but the individuals personal requirement.
These wrist wraps are perfectly suited for Olympic movements (Snatches, Clean & Jerks, Push Press, Over Head Squats, etc) that you see in Crossfit disciplines today but are also ideal for pole dancing, calisthenics and acre yoga where people are exposing their joints to extreme pressures.
With the material thumb loop and tie's, they allow you to quickly twist, tighten and unwrap them before and after movements to keep the pressure and support ton your wrist just perfect.

For general elbow pain or support we recommend that you measure the circumference of your elbow joint. We recommend going down one size for general elbow support. So if you measure 12”, purchase the 11” Cuff.
For tendonitis pain in the forearm or elbow we recommend that you measure the circumference of your forearm roughly 1" below your elbow joint. We recommend going down two sizes for tight compression. For example, if you measure 10" then purchase the 8" Cuff.
We advise you to measure your arm when in a locked out with your muscles relaxed. Select the size below that best fits both measurements.
